Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders within the United States ship free, with no minimum order value required.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to USA addresses only. International shipping is planned for a future update.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will arrange a full refund or replacement.
Do I need to return the item to get a refund?
In most cases we do not require the item to be returned. Contact us first and we will find the fastest solution for you.
Products
Are your products safe for pets?
All products sold at OmniCartUSA are made from pet-safe, non-toxic materials. Our nail grinder and paw cleaner use food-grade silicone components. Our talking buttons use non-toxic ABS plastic.
How quickly will I see results with the talking buttons?
Most dogs show button recognition within 3–7 days of consistent training. Cats typically take 1–3 weeks. Consistency and positive reinforcement are the keys.
Are the products covered by a warranty?
Yes. All products are covered by our 15-day satisfaction guarantee. For manufacturing defects, contact us and we will replace the item at no cost.
Orders and payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in fulfilment. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
I have not received my order. What should I do?
First check your tracking link from the shipping email. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, contact us at shopifystore5858@gmail.com and we will resolve it within 24 hours.
