We want you and your pet to be completely happy with every purchase from OmniCartUSA. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
Items that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us at support@omnicartusa.store with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for your return
We'll get back to you within 24 hours with return instructions.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@omnicartusa.store with a photo. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. If you still have not received it, please contact us at support@omnicartusa.store.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@omnicartusa.store.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case OmniCartUSA covers all return shipping.
